Payment Policies
All fees must be paid in full before a student may start school. Tuition is due on the 1st school day of the month - there are no billing statements. When the 1st falls on a vacation day, post-dated tuition checks are due the final school day (no later than 3p.m.) before the vacation starts.There is a $10 per day late payment fee, and a $50 returned check fee.

If a monthly tuition installment payment is late, parents may be charged a fee equal to one month's installment payment, to be held on account (in case of further late payment) and applied to the final month of the child's enrollment. If the deposit account must be utilized more than once, the remainder of the year's tuition will be immediately due and payable, or the student may be dis-enrolled and the account turned over to collections for the remainder of the year's tuition.



Scholarships & Subsidies
There is one, special circumstances, work-based, partial scholarship available each year, and Strongbridge does participate with the Changing Tides Family Service's state subsidy program, which may be available for eligible families.
